and then choose your main course from the following…

Roast rolled sirloin of beef with a thyme fondant potato, baby vegetables, flat cap mushroom and truffle puree, oxtail bonbon

Open lasagne of lobster and spinach with herb fish nage

Steamed poppy seed pancakes filled with broccoli and chives with puy lentils, vanilla cream and deep fried leeks

 and then an assiette of beautifully created desserts to share

Black grape and Champagne jelly, bitter chocolate charlotte, passion fruit cream, marshmallow and pistachio ice cream
