We will always make the right decision from a moral perspective for a customer, supplier or colleague not that which maximises the profit of the business.

Respect for the individual
Individuals rights are important and should be respected whether colleagues, customers or suppliers.

Say it as it is
Contract, be clear and say it straight. It is okay to give feedback and raise concerns.

Nothing is too much trouble
The business is founded on the quality of it's service. We will surprise and delight our customers by thinking ahead, providing individual attention and using initiative to make their time with us exceptional.
