Commis Chef Commis Chef opportunity at The Westleton Crown At The Westleton Crown we’re passionate about the quality of our food. Head Chef Richard Bargewell and his highly skilled team pride themselves on their imaginative and varied menus – which have earned us an AA 2 Rosette restaurant award, as well as a considerable reputation. All of our meals – from The Westleton Crown's own cod, chips and mushy peas through to the finest of our à la carte dishes – are prepared on the premises, using the finest, freshest ingredients and local suppliers wherever possible. The same level of care goes into the preparation, whether it’s a hearty breakfast, a simple lunchtime snack, a relaxed meal with friends, indulgent dinner or traditional Sunday roast. Our breads are baked daily in the kitchen; the soups, pâtés and all of our delicious desserts are home-made – even the ice cream.
